I am Naithan Wiles, a visual storyteller and cinematographer based on the Gold Coast, Australia, specialising in drama, commercials and branded content.

Over the years, I’ve collaborated with some of Australia’s top directors and cinematographers, crafting visuals that are story-driven, emotionally intuitive and technically grounded.
I believe every project calls for its own visual language, shaped by cinematic craft and the right tools to bring it to life.

For budget-conscious professional productions seeking cinematic results, my personal kit provides flexibility without compromising visual integrity. While I own and operate a RED Komodo with two sets of prime lenses, each offering a distinct look, I see these as tools. I’m a cinematographer, not just a ‘RED shooter’.

I also maintain strong relationships with camera rental houses across Southeast Queensland and interstate, making it easy to scale up or pivot as needed. Just as importantly, I have developed good working relationships with trusted creatives, gaffers, grips, and crew to support the vision on set.

I recently shot the short film Fence, which screened at Flickerfest 2025 and I’m now seeking new narrative, documentary, and branded projects where I can collaborate to bring a thoughtful, intentional visual voice.

I believe great visuals go beyond aesthetics. They tell a story, evoke emotion and leave a lasting impact. On every production, I strive to create work that resonates on a deeper level.
